Listing Specialist & Certified Distressed Property Expert: Jorge & Gina Pimentel are a husband and wife professional Real Estate TEAM bringing over 30+ years of cumulative real estate experience to help GUIDE YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. Jorge is the TEAM Leader and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) . Jorge’s role includes preparing comparative market analyses and presenting our unique selling proposition to our clients. He is responsible for assessing the target sales strategy to determine whether the net sale result will meet the market demands or whether the value may create a short fall in values. Gina is a Certified Real Estate Paralegal with focus on the local government laws as they affect the RE transaction and assists Buyers (new and seasoned) to locate the perfect property to meet the client's expectations and negotiate the best deal. Gina also is responsible for professional marketing of a Seller's property assuring the greatest exposure. Together, Jorge and Gina work hand in hand on each transaction - sharing their years of knowledge and expertise as your TRUSTED ADVISORS before, during and well after your settlement.
